Refund policy

Returns

Unfortunately, I do not offer a refunds or returns.  
Because my items are handmade and one of kind I cannot replace damaged items with exact duplicates.  However, in extreme cases I will consider replacements or refunds depending on the situation.  

I package my items with bubble wrap, paper and any other means to ensure your items arrives in perfect condition.  Additionally I use shipping companies that also assist me in the shipments to ensure delivery with no problems. 

If your item was damaged upon shipping we would require pictures of the box it came in, and multiple pictures of the item damaged.
